You are requested to send the following documents after you confirm or book the trip with Travellers’ Clinic. A copy of your passport and travel/health insurance documents with contact details, and three passport-size photos. It is advised to maintain a separate photocopy of all important documents including traveler’s cheques, bank/ATM cards, contact numbers, international flight tickets, and emergency contact numbers.
